How big are the pieces?
Extra-large pieces, easier for older hands and eyes. There are 30 pieces, each about 2¼″ (5.7 cm) across, on a 14″ × 11″ puzzle, bigger than a sheet of printer paper. That's nearly twice the area of the pieces in a standard 10″ × 8″ 30-piece photo puzzle, so they're easy to see, hold and fit.
Choose landscape (14″ wide) or portrait (14″ tall) to suit your photo.
What's on the box?
Your photo, as a handy reference picture, on a white gift box that's ready to give. It may also carry the printer's standard production labels.
How do I pick a good photo?
Choose a photo they'll love: a familiar face, a favorite pet or a special place. Happy moments work beautifully.
Your original photo from your phone or camera gives the sharpest print. Around 2,100 × 1,700 pixels or more is ideal, and most phone photos are much bigger.
Can I see the puzzle before I buy?
Yes. You frame your photo yourself and see the preview before checkout, and your crop is exactly what we print. For the best result, keep faces inside the dashed guide, a little in from the edges.
The uploader lets you know if a photo might print a little soft, so you can pick a sharper one.
How long does delivery take?
Every puzzle is made to order just for you, which takes up to 10 business days. US delivery then takes 2–5 business days, so please allow up to about 3 weeks from order to doorstep.
Australia: printed in the US, then 10–30 business days to arrive. Please allow about 4–8 weeks in total.
Giving it for a special day? Ordering early leaves plenty of time.
Is US shipping free?
Yes. Free tracked shipping in the US on every order. Australian shipping rates are shown at checkout.
What happens to my family photos?
We keep your photo private and use it only to make and deliver your order.
We delete it from the systems we control once it's no longer needed, or sooner if you ask. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I order more than one, with different photos?
Of course. Add the puzzle to your cart once for each photo. Any 2 puzzles are US$69 and any 4 are US$129, and you can mix in Memory Lane designs too.
Ordering for a care home?
Wonderful. Add one puzzle per resident, each with its own photo. Bundle savings apply across the whole cart, with about 17% off when you order 4 or more.

What if something arrives damaged?
Our promise: if your puzzle arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll reprint it or refund you. Just email us your order number and a photo or two.
