Every puzzle is printed to order just for you by our print partner in the US and shipped directly to your door.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Australia.

Shipping costs

United States: free tracked shipping in the US.
Australia: shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Production: each puzzle, personalised or Memory Lane, is made to order in up to 10 business days.
United States: then 2–5 business days' shipping, so please allow up to about 3 weeks in total.
Australia: printed in the US, then 10–30 business days' shipping, so please allow about 4–8 weeks in total.

These times are estimates. Holidays, peak periods and carrier delays can add a little time, so for a birthday, holiday or other special day, ordering early leaves plenty of room.

We'll email your tracking details as soon as your puzzle ships.

Addresses, duties and taxes

Your puzzle ships to the address entered at checkout, so it's worth a quick double-check before you pay. If anything needs correcting, email us straight away and we'll do our best to help. If a parcel comes back because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout, we'll help arrange a reship, which may carry a shipping charge. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are the recipient's responsibility.
