StayConnected Puzzles ("we", "us") makes personalised photo jigsaw puzzles. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, including the photos you upload.

Information we collect

Order and contact details: name, email, phone (optional), and shipping and billing address.
Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We don't receive your full card number.
Photos and personalisation: the images and any text you upload for your puzzle.
Device and usage data: collected through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our store.
Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.

Your photos

We use your photos to produce and deliver your order and to handle any issue with it. We don't sell them, and we don't use them in marketing without your permission.
To make your puzzle, your photo and order details are shared with our print-on-demand partner (currently Printify) and its production and shipping partners. Their handling of this information is governed by their own privacy policies.
We delete your photos from the systems we control when they're no longer needed to fulfil your order and handle any issues, and on request. We'll also pass deletion requests on to our print partner.
Please upload only photos you have the right to use, and that the people shown (or their carer or guardian) are comfortable having printed.

How we use your information

To process payments, make and deliver your order, and send order updates.
To respond to questions and handle reprints or refunds.
To send marketing emails if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To help prevent fraud, keep our store secure, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers only as needed to run our store and fulfil orders. These include our store and payment platform (Shopify), our print partner and its partners, delivery carriers and email providers. Each handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law. We don't sell your personal information.

International transfers

We're based in Australia. Our service providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including tax, accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Australian Privacy Principles and US state privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us. We'll respond as required by applicable law.
