These terms apply to your use of the StayConnected Puzzles online store and any purchase you make.
1. Our products
We sell personalised photo jigsaw puzzles and ready-made Memory Lane puzzles as gifts and leisure activities, designed for adults. They're made for enjoyment and aren't medical devices, and we make no health claims about them. Product images are illustrations, and printed colours may differ slightly from your screen.
2. Your photos and content
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, the photos and text you upload.
- You allow us and our print and delivery partners to use your content to produce and deliver your order.
- We may decline or cancel orders with unlawful, offensive or infringing content. If we do, we'll refund you.
- Your preview shows exactly what we print, so please take a moment to check it before you order. Orders go to print automatically.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout in your market's currency. If there's an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.
4. Third-party services
Payments, printing and delivery are provided by third parties, such as Shopify, our print partner and carriers, under their own terms and policies.
5. Other policies
Our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies also apply.
6. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded. Subject to those laws, our liability for an order is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price paid, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Intellectual property
Our store content and branding belong to StayConnected Puzzles. Your photos remain yours.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This doesn't limit any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
